MCALLEN, Texas – On Sunday, April 11 and Monday, April 12, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) hosted a bipartisan group of Members from the Problem Solvers Caucus on a factfinding mission to the Southern border to show firsthand the challenges our nation faces in regards to immigration. The Members of Congress on the visit discussed bipartisan solutions to fix our broken immigration system.

WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) announced that $750,000 in grant funding was awarded to the Santa Cruz and United Irrigation Districts as part of the Bureau of Reclamation's WaterSMART Water and Energy Efficiency Grants. The Santa Cruz Irrigation will receive $250,000 and the United Irrigation District will receive $500,000.
