Grants from UISFL help Institutions of Higher Education or nonprofit organizations, like UTRGV, plan, develop, and carry out programs to strengthen and improve undergraduate instruction in international studies and foreign languages.
PHARR, Texas - The Pharr International Bridge is the largest full-service crossing bridge in the Rio Grande Valley.
Billions of dollars in trade flow across the bridge annually and officials say there is room for growth.
City leaders along with officials from across the Valley implemented a new toll system they say will improve trade and security.
