WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) voted in favor of H.R. 1230, Protect Older Workers Against Age Discrimination Act, to level the playing field for older workers and restore their rights to fight back against age discrimination. The bill amends the Age Discrimination Act of 1967 to establish an unlawful employment practice against age discrimination.
