CONGRESSMAN GONZALEZ JOINS CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION ATTENDING SUMMIT OF THE AMERICAS 

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – On Thursday, June 9, 2022, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) joined the Congressional Delegation, led by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, attending the Ninth Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles, California. During the Summit, Members will engage with key leaders from the Western Hemisphere on advancing security, prosperity, and democracy within the Americas.

"I am proud to represent South Texas during this historic meeting of leaders from across the Western Hemisphere," stated Congressman Gonzalez. "I look forward to working with our neighbors to advance shared goals of ensuring security, economic prosperity, and the health of our people. South Texans' perspective and concerns will be heard as we prepare to tackle the issues of the present and future."
