Congressman Gonzalez Announces Congressional App Challenge, Urges South Texas Students to Apply
WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) announced the opening of the application period for the 2022 Congressional App Challenge for middle and high school students in the 15th District of Texas.
"I encourage South Texas students to learn how to code and to showcase their skills for a chance to compete in this year's Congressional App Challenge," stated Congressman Gonzalez. "Technology and computer science are the future of the American workforce. I look forward to the amazing and innovative ideas that will come out of our young students as they pursue a career in the STEM field."
Students can register for the 2022 Congressional App Challenge and start coding their apps for 2022. The competition deadline is November 1st, 2022.
